  1. Appointment Confirmation
    All appointments must be booked through our online system or via phone. A confirmation email or message will be sent once your booking is secured.

  2. Cancellation Policy
    Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  3. Late Arrivals
    If you are running late for your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in rescheduling your appointment or a reduced service time.

  4. Health and Safety
    For the safety and comfort of your pet, all dogs must be up to date on vaccinations (including rabies). If your dog is sick or has a medical condition, please inform us before the appointment.

  5. Aggressive Dogs
    We reserve the right to refuse service to any dog that displays aggressive behavior. If your dog has special needs or anxiety, please inform us beforehand so we can make accommodations.

  6. Payment
    Payment is due at the time of service. We accept the following payment methods:
